Beyond her team, Erica is the founder of the Financial Wholeness platform, which helps women work through the emotional, relational, generational, and financial sides of money so they can build real wealth without guilt. She is also the author of the forthcoming book Own Your Luxe Without the Guilt and its companion Financial Wholeness Journal, and co-owner of Big Three Ventures, a real estate investment and rehab company she runs with her husband.
